I’ve submitted my application for an open position to Human Resources. Where will it go from there?
All applications are reviewed by Human Resources and the hiring manager specific to an open position. Applicants not selected to move forward in recruitment will receive a letter. Remaining candidates will begin our interview process. All applications, for individuals not selected for a position in which they expressed interest or those of individuals interested in positions that are not open, will be kept on active file for three months.

I am still in school. Does Home State offer internships?
At this time, Home State does not have a program specifically designed for interns. However, needs do arise for temporary Tellers and project team members. Generally, the recruitment for Summer-Only Tellers begins in early spring.
